This has made replacing sheets so much easier. Bed manufacturers should consider a built in version.
This is our 4th mattress lifter and the new model is not as good as previous models. The auto shut off doesn't seem to work so need to press the stop button, it is very noisy when lifting with a high pitch whistle noise and doesn't deflate as well as previous models. It does the job but not as good and definitely not worth paying the increased price for.

Thank you so much for your support of Bedezy. Without you, Bedezy wouldn't be as popular as it is today, and we appreciate that you have been a long-term customer and have several Generation 1 Bedezy units.
We have improved Bedezy since its original release, and you have raised issues that are part of the improvements.
Auto Shut-off—still works. Our new generation Bedezy actually lifts higher, much higher than the original. When the pump senses the right pressure to maintain stability at the working height, it will auto shut off as designed. Stopping the unit before this process is a choice you can make, of course, and will not harm the motor in any way.
Deflating Bedezy - it's no longer a powered procedure. We have increased Bedezy's motor life span by many years by only using the pump to inflate Bedezy and not to deflate under power. This reduces electricity use by allowing the weight of the mattress to force the air out of Bedezy and return it to its intended position without using electricity.
The high-pitched whistle can be significantly reduced by untwisting the outer hose around the inner hose. Unscrew the locking ring and untwist the outer hose to have as few twists as possible around the inner hose. Then, reseat the grey hose in the pump, holding the outer hose, and use the locking ring to lock the hose in place. You may need a tiny amount of non-petroleum lip balm at the widest part where the locking ring holds the hose in place.
Bedezy will lift higher and last longer than the original design while using less power and has greatly increased reliability.
