Warranty

A two-year domestic use warranty, effective from the date of purchase, covers Bedezy's current series of models built in 2023 and onward for defects and malfunctions related to the manufacturing of Bedezy. 

Bedezy is covered by a one-year warranty for non-domestic use. 

We cover defects in materials and workmanship that prevent Bedezy from working as described.

Bedezy pumps replaced under warranty will be like-for-like. If the original unit purchased has a corded remote, we will replace it with another unit with a corded remote, if available. Replacement pumps may or may not have a cordless remote; we decide based on the original purchase and the type of replacement unit supplied. 

Please take reasonable precautions to protect Bedezy. Bedezy's Bladder can puncture; inspect your bed base and remedy any splinters or other sharp things that may puncture the bladder. 

We support Bedezy after the initial warranty period, and parts are available for purchase. 

Original Bedezy units 2017-2022 with a black-cased pump (HT208) are now end of life. We have depleted all spare parts stock. If you have an original Bedezy series unit, you will need to purchase a current model. 

Bedezy units purchased in 2017 are still in use today. We want Bedezy customers to enjoy their experience with us, not just now but for many years to come. 

You have 30 days from the initial purchase to love Bedezy or send it back—no questions asked. Please return the unit to us in a saleable condition. Please contact us for instructions on how to return it in this circumstance.
