Human first policy
Bedezy is committed to engaging humans first for any task we require in our business.
While there are instances where automation is built in, we prefer to have someone perform tasks.
This policy is crucial for continuing to employ as many people as possible to support the economy. Without people being employed, our economy stops.
Calling us? John, who invented Bedezy, will probably be taking your call and if he is busy, it will be his son Ben.
Using the Chat on the site? Ben will be on the other end answering questions.
The accountants we use are based in Wagga and Auckland because we also sell in New Zealand. We use experts who are local to our operations. As we expand, we will repeat this process.
Our audio ads are real people, not artificially generated. Our audio ads are produced by a real producer with many decades of experience in commercial radio. Our video content is made by real people. We engage with our local UGC creator to make the demonstrations you see on social media.
We demonstrate Bedezy in person where we can, understanding that this is an expensive way for people to experience Bedezy, but an important one. Most people don’t believe their eyes when they see Bedezy for the first time.
As we expand, we aim to employ people in our distribution centres and contribute to the local economy in every location.
We choose to buy local; our signage is all made in Sydney. Our stickers are printed in Sydney. The labels for the packing stickers are from Melbourne. The larger packing boxes we use are from Bendigo.
Our advertising is preferably on local radio stations that are still predominantly live and local. These are some commercial stations and some community radio stations. Our preference is to partner with stations still practising the art of radio first.
When we require suppliers wherever we are, we commit to engaging local suppliers and talent.
